An 'All Grain' brew day 13/11/2010
Today was a good day. I was on the road at 7am, destination: a small village just outside Leeds. I had managed to get myself invited to a fellow Home Brew Forum member's brew day and I had been looking forward to it for a few weeks. The plan was to brew a Timothy Taylor Landlord clone and things were underway by 8am (ish). By 2pm the brew was done and I was lucky enough to come away with 20L of wort! Now that is generous as no money changed hands and I didn't provide any of the ingredients or kit. Once home I transferred the wort to a sanitised fermentation vessel and pitched a Wyeast 1469 starter (also provided by my kind host). The brew is now tucked up and should be ready to bottle in a week or so! Come Christmas time I should have a few TT's to share around!
